your dentist knows what's best for you. If you leave it as it is, then there are chances the pain might increase.

A wisdom tooth that is fully erupted through the gum can be extracted as easily as any other tooth. So consult to your dentist and remove your wisdom tooth.

It is painful. But you can manage it. Go for an experienced dentist and strictly follow the instructions.
