Does anyone know the name of this Korean movie?
There is a man and a woman and the woman has an eye transplant. She gets the eye off this man as he donates it to her without her knowing. Now he goes around with one eye patched up. He's always around her (secretly) and one day she needed a heart transplant and he gave her his heart.
This is all of the plot I know. If snyone knows the name of this Korean movie please answer below. Thank you guys.

I think it's Stairway to Heaven, a Korean love story, yet I'm not that sure.
