I want to glue some artifical vine?

on cement-- what should I use to go this, gorilla glue or liquid nails

    I would use Shoe Goo or a tube of Silicone.

    Hot glue the vines in place, spritz with water, then run a bead of the Gorilla glue in the space between the cement and the vine, before the water dries. It will foam up a bit, you might have to cut some off after it cures out, but it will endure for years.

    Your artificial vines will fade long before the glue gives out!

    Use construction adhesive. It will withstand weather and the elements because it is heavy duty.
