COULD I GET SUSPENDED FROM THIS ????
We were in gym class today playing kickball. My team was on the field and i was catching the balls. Until this tough athletic kid kick the ball so powerful i mean literally powerful it came straight to me and hit my face and side of it.It was one of those very hard strong balls. I fell to the ground and even my pony tail came out. I just fell collapsed to the ground. The whole gym class (60+) kids were laughing and the guy who kicked it couldnt even check up on me or even say sorry. None of the teachers did either. I was just on the ground.
So a minute later we were dismissed and at that point i was so pissed and embarrassed . So i stormed down the hall and walked up to the guy and raised my fist but i didnt touch him or exchange words... he backed up and i think people were holding me back. I was just so mad he thought it was funny and didnt even come to apologize for injuring me.
Just laughing there with his friends.
The teacher grabbed me, yelled at me, said nothing to the kid and called security on me. He told security i attacked the kid so bad and cursed him out which was a lie because my mouth never opened. It was like when you're mad and you dont want to talk just do something..at this point people are even laughing at me in the halls
What do you think about the whole situation? What do you think the consequences will be tomorrow. suspension? ( school was over so ill get called down tomorrow)

A ball in the face is one of the consequences of kickball. While the anger and embarrassment is understandable immediately after the hit, there was sufficient time for you to settle down. You held onto the anger and made the threatening gesture several minutes later. That escalated the situation and could have led to a fight. The other kid did the right thing by not responding to your gesture with an aggressive action.
Since we do not know your school's policy, we cannot say whether or not you will be suspended. You do deserve some kind of reprimand or punishment.

If you just tell them what happened, and stay calm, you should be ok. Stand firm, don't show weakness, just tell them the truth. In situations like these, it's best to just lay low. Let the other guy get in trouble.
I think you'll be ok.
Best of luck!
