I've recently joined a fraternity and our first mixer is coming up tomorrow. How do I talk to all these beautiful women? Will they like me? I'm also trying to get a date for my chapter's formal. I don't drink so it's out of the question.

You have asked this question a few times. I now realize that you don't drink since you didn't mention it before.
Be yourself and just like any place you meet someone, be friendly. (But of course, be clean, as in freshly showered and brush your teeth).
I hope you are studying. You are really focused on meeting sorority girls.

Since you don't drink, try to spot a girl who doesn't appear to have a drink in her hand and go from there.
