My hamster fell 2-3ft and now its bottom tooth is jagged :( What do?

I just got them a few minutes ago and he jumped out of my hand and landed on his back then kept running but when I picked him up he was bleeding a bit on my hand and his bottom teeth are crooked. I dont know how old he is but I assume he's a couple of months and I don't see any top teeth.

Surprisingly he didn't squeal and he's been running in the hamster wheel since I got him in the cage. He's just not drinking water. I have a bowl and the water bottle in there. I dont know what to do.

Hamsters teeth will grow back, since he is running on the wheel he is probably fine.

I think you need to relax, then spend the next few days getting your hamster to "trust" you, try hand feeding him food treats.

Do not handle your hamsters as soon as you get them. Wait at least 3 days for them to get used to their surroundings, your voice, etc. Then, slowly start to tame them. Look up 'how to tame your hamster' on google or youtube. Also, dont put a water bowl in their cage. Just a water bottle. Now that I have addressed that, I will move on to the tooth. He eill probably be fine, but since he was bleeding, you may want to get it checked out by a vet.

his teeth will grow back, ive had my guinea pig knock teeth out by biting the cage bars,it will take sometime before they grow back though, hamsters have cartiledge not bones that's why hes active,id consult with a exotic vet they treat exotic pets lke guinea pigs and hamsters.try squirting water into his mouth using an eye dropper, the broken teeth is stopping him from drinking out of his water bottle.

Take him to the dentist at the vet's.
