Amsterdam ,the city lacks of upgrades since the 18th century ,and so many damn prostitutes in every zone ,even that hotels can offer some for you there.

Washington D.C. Went there and enjoyed all the great buildings and monuments, but within a 2 mile radius, I was appalled at all the homeless people sleeping on grates to stay warm and the boarded up buildings, with graffiti all over them and burned out cars in the street....
