Who would you nominate for the Environmental Hall of Fame?

It is important that we keep in mind those who are heroes in our efforts to protect the environment. Each year, I take a poll to find those most deserving of recognition in the Environmental Hall of Fame. Please give your nominee for the Environmental hall of Fame. If you would, please include a short reason that your nominee should be chosen and suggest a suitable gift if they win.

I asked this before, but there were a few nominees for the Hall of Fame, so I thought it would give everyone another chance. If you have already nominated someone, you may still submit another nomination.

For last years winners and more information, please see:

Ha! Ha! Just look at Prico. Nominating Trevor the foolish blowhard.

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AgwVJ...

This is an explanation of where I caught Trevor lying three times on one question. I guess Prico has climate science confused with the Liar's Club. Prico admittedly can understand lies and fairy tales, but the truth is a stranger to him.

My nomination would go for Will Happer:

Quote by Will Happer, Princeton University physicist, former Director of Energy Research at the Department of Energy: “I had the privilege of being fired by Al Gore, since I refused to go along with his alarmism....I have spent a long research career studying physics that is closely related to the greenhouse effect....Fears about man-made global warming are unwarranted and are not based on good science. The earth's climate is changing now, as it always has. There is no evidence that the changes differ in any qualitative way from those of the past.”

Anybody who Al Gore fired gets my vote. I respect the truth not lies and deceit.

Regarding Flannery, "That a failure to act on climate change may eventually force the creation of a global carbon dictatorship, which he calls the "Earth Commission for Thermostatic Control", to regulate carbon use across all industries and nations – a level of governmental intrusion that Flannery describes as "very undesirable"

The very idea of 'global carbon dictatorship' is the result of actions by the powers that be to create just what Flannery decries.

Quote from the UN's Own "Agenda 21": "Effective execution of Agenda 21 will require a profound reorientation of all human society, unlike anything the world has ever experienced a major shift in the priorities of both governments and individuals and an unprecedented redeployment of human and financial resources. This shift will demand that a concern for the environmental consequences of every human action be integrated into individual and collective decision-making at every level."

This is the culmination of the actions of the environmental groups taking action. YUK!
