watchlist failure?

Can't seem to put a question on my watchlist or even find my watchlist????

    Hello,

    Yes, you are right! Only option I could see is the "Starred Questions" under "My Answers" tab. I am not sure whether it's a glitch or another improvement!! Lots of changes and they are not so useful :(
