What site to build a custom, budget PC?

I bought my last PC from iBuyPower but now I have a lower end Windows XP machine I want to replace. The iBuyPower and PowerPC sites all start with exotic cases, higher end mobos's, etc but I just want a good, basic desktop.

Basically I want this budget build from MaximumPC:

I could build it myself but when I priced the parts vs letting iBuyPower build it - I saved something like $70 so it was worth it to let someone else assemble & ship.

What site do you recommend? Would Frys do a good job?

Update:

I fought with iBuyPower and found parts similar to the Budget build from above. About $764 in parts, $840 for them to build and test. So $75 - not a bad fee.

I wondered the same thing for my latest machine, I build them and actually enjoy it allot spending the time to research the parts and then un-packing them, slotting in the funky new cards oh god turning me on thinking about it :)

This Pc I actually decided not to build, not having much time but I also wanted to see how far shops have come since the old Dell and Acorn PC,s.

I was very surprised, nice and tidy, I will be happy to buy again from a custom shop and let them build it, I can drool enough when I switch it on at home.

Also to the fact that if something does blow because of my sticky fingers then at least its their fault and not mine :)
