What is beauty if the brain is empty?

Nothing. Beauty can be a benchmark to attract others or appease people. When strangers or peers see you, it gives them a sense of something to look at. In society, people give more attention to attractive pr beautiful people. On the other hand, people will only get to know you for your character or personality and if they notice your dumb or unintelligent, they will not want to talk to you. Intelligence is being used, while beauty makes people become used. Btw, beauty fades but brain will get you far.

The Brain cannot be empty unless one is dead....

but there is a Great Beauty in shedding the Brain and Body

We have changed from a species that valued strength of arm to valuing brain power. Today people are rich (valued) not because of their sword arm, but because their smarts have earned them money. This change is recent, maybe 200 years old. But our genes still operate on the "strength-of-arm" algorithm. For our genes beauty is symmetry in bodily structure, an indicator of good health and good genes. Therefore we are attracted to beauty, but modern society also values "intelligence" and all its social connotations. Therefore beauty without brains leaves us strangely dissatisfied and empty, almost like being cheated. In fact society has always commoditised beauty without brains, with all its tragic ramifications.

Empty brain means brain which could not justify anything properly.So is the cause of beauty. In my view to understand the beauty emotions are requird and not the only brain. Brin need ligic and one can't prove beuty with the help of logical brain . for it emotions and conscience are required.
