If you get picked off at 2nd or 3rd you jog to your bench because you're out. And ask your coach. Your coach may have a certain color or something that it has to be.

No, once you're out, you're out. Base lines don't apply any longer.
If the undershirt shows, the whole team should wear the same color. If it's cold weather, long sleeves are permitted but the pitcher cannot wear white extending past his elbow.
