I need help with Microsoft Word.?

I use a Mac Pro laptop to make CD labels using Word templates. I opened the files last night, and all of the guide lines have disappeared. How do I get them back?

    Under Drawing Tools on the Format tab, in the Arrange group, click Align, and then click View Gridlines.
