That new feature you announced, putting my Answer at the bottom of all the others, is totally uncalled for.  Now when I go back to get numbers to work a physics problem given by the Asker, I am forced to scroll up several pages at times to get to the question and those numbers.  Some physics questions are complex; so frequent references back to them are necessary.

I'm in favor of keeping the other answers on the screen for references while I enter my answer, I often refer to another Answer while writing mine.  But don't put them above my entry field.  Put them below; so I can refer quickly to the question as I'm writing in my answer.

Yahoo has their fingers in their ears, i.e., 'lalalala we can't hear you' (hence they will not see your suggestions nor would they care if they did see them).

What I have been doing is this:
When you see a question you want to answer, right-click it and open it in a new window or tab. That way you don't lose where you were in the list of questions and don't have to scroll through them all again to find where you were. Perhaps bookmark the question you are working on.

Yahoo is doing a 'wonderful' job at making Y/A less functional. I say it's gone back in time around 25 years with these 'improvements'.

no, the BOX for answering is now at the bottom of the page, below any answers

when you answer a Q, your answer is behind any previous answers as it has always been so if you answered a Q with many previous answers you always had to scroll back up to the top of the page

hit Home on your keyboard and it takes you to the top of the page, the Q, almost instantly

as well, the option for those viewing answers to view them from Newest to Oldest is still there

nothing has changed, just the box for answering is located at the bottom

hit the End key on your keyboard to get to the bottom of the page if you don't wish to read through the other answers first or if you don't wish to use your mouse on the scroll bar to get to the bottom - hitting End will cause you to be at the answer box in a split second
