What is the meaning of "Communitas in aeternum it aeternitate"?

I saw this Latin inscription, I think, in a certain church and I am intrigued by it. What does it mean, specifically or even a loose translation would suffice. Thanks.

The fellowship goes into eternal within eternity.

    Parse:

communitas - third declension nominative - fellowship

in aeternum - preposition accusative - into eternal

it - third person active indicative - (he/she/it) goes,

aeternitate - third declension ablative - normally by eternity but since it is a time aspect ablative of time, it could be translated as within eternity or in eternity
