sore nipples but not pregnant?

I have been having sore nipples for two days now. I've tried looking stuff up but I haven't found an answer. I have no other pains and there's no chance that I could be pregnant seeing as I don't have a boyfriend. Please help. This is irritating :(

    Hormones can do this. Just regular everyday hormones.
