When Commiting Fraud, does court protection for remarks still exist?

Here is the outline; If someone commits fraud by filing a lawsuit when they know they are wrong and have no proof, does the protection of statements made by them in court or filings still exist for them or not?

Please if you have references, case law, or court decisions relevant to this list them so that I can read them.

Update:

Of course statements made in filings or court exist, as they are in the permanent record held by the clerk,

What I am asking is about the Court Protection from litigation of statements such as normally libelous or slanderous remarks while a party is commiting fraud-- references please

I object on the grounds that you are presuming guilt. A man is innocent until proven guilty, right? If it can be proven that the person committed fraud in his presentation to the court, then the decision of the court will have to be remade.
