Seems to me he could have plead that when he woke up he was still in a stupor when he grabbed his shotgun from under the bed & thought his girl friend was still in bed and not in the bathroom.

A glorified act designed to make everyone feel sorry for him. Well I don't. His histrionics in the witness box yesterday were embarrassing to listen to, and as for the bucket, please spare us that. The judge did not look impressed in the least.

i think he´s terrified for himself and has had plenty of time to perfect a performance in court. he will do anything to be found not guilty of murder. personally, i think he murdered her. his story has more holes in it than a string vest.

I think he's probably guilty, his behaviour is due to post traumatic stress disorder
