Why am I always tired?

I have been to the doctor and had blood work taken and they said everything is normal but I always feel tired like I could sleep 24 hours a day everyday I just don't understand

    As per your mail physically you dont have any problem. However, you can change your thoughts. Always think only positive thoughts. Negative thought will make you tired. Initially you can approach any counselling officer or yoga meditation guru some thing like that. If you are religious feel god will give more power everyday. You will be active soon

    I had the same problem to, but then I woke up after 90 minute cycles, like sleep from 12-6 or 10:30-6... It works on a sleep cycle and after 90 minutes you're closer to waking up so it's not as rough of a transition. That and caffeine!!

    A brisk walk of at least 30 min most days is great for both physical and mental health. The more green-space the better.

    Women need iron more so than men. Try some Amber. It works swell for me when I am rundown. And gives my color a glow. Hope you feel energetic soon. Geritol is good even for younger women.

    I would ask my doctor for a thyroid test including T4 And Thyroid Antibodies. I would ask to have my vitamin D checked also. You may also be dehydrated. Just My Opinion
