Should we Send an aircraft carrier into the Meditarranean?

The USA would need the permission of Turkey to send an Aircraft Carrier to the Black Sea as under the Montreux convention, Turkey are the gatekeepers of the Bosporus Strait, and the only powers allowed to have Aircraft Carriers in the Black Sea are countries with ports on the Black Sea. The USA will not be sending an Aircraft Carrier to the Black Sea, because all of them are over 30,000 tonnes, which is the limit to pass through the Bosporus Strait.

Face facts. Nothing the USA say's or does will have any effect on what Putin and His gang decide. Putin started this knowing the USA was powerless. I recommend You read The Art of War to understand what He's doing.He's got You by the short and curly's and He damned well knows it.
