Is it bad that I don't like a player at the club I support?

it's not a problem, in fact it's honest and shows you're unbiased

for instance i'm a liverpool fan and i think suarez is a world class player, but on a personal level i dislike suarez and how he conducts himself

You like the club and you like the player are mutually exclusive events. Players at club come and go. Its a usual phenomenon. but the club you support remains the same for ever. I am an Arsenal fan and i have no compulsion that i like all the players in this team. yes, they are important to the team as football is not one man game but there is always an alternative of the player in the club. its not like the club does not exist if the player you like or dislike is absent. i have learned this in 17 years of my football and Arsenal fanaticism

I'm an arsenal fan and hate about 40% of the squad. Most football fans hate a few players that play for their team.

I don't have a problem with any of the current Liverpool players but previously I have not liked Adam or Carroll.
