The only way to get AIDs is if you already have HIV. To get HIV you must be infected by another infected person. That means that if you have an open cut on your arm, and an infected person's blood saliva or anything wet from them gets into the cut you have been exposed to HIV.

If you are STD free and so is your partner, you will stay that way unless one of you cheats.

If you and your partner are both confirmed not to have the virus AND you are both only sleeping with each other, then no, you cannot get HIV/AIDS.

AIDS is often spread by sexual contact with an infected person, although it can also be transmitted by sharing needles or bodily fluids.

If neither of you is infected, then no, you cannot just develop AIDS.

    Hope this helps.
