Can anyone identify this bike frame?

    It may not be HOME made but it IS hand made.

    Despite the appearance it took all of 1 minute to determine that the bike is only a showpiece, probably to display the artwork. The frame has several critical errors which would certainly cause significant issues if it were ridden.

    Don't waste your time on gimmicks like this. Get a ordinary decent bike.
