Is it true that when you turned 18, and your a lady, you stop growing?

i'm just 5'1 and half, and i'd like to gain height at least to reach 5'3 or 5'4. Is that possible, if I always have 8-7 hours of sleep, i do reach my toes without bending my knees before and after i sleep, so that's my stretching, i mostly eat all kinds of green leafy vegetables and less pork, but i also love eating fish and i'm not much of eating rice.HELP?

    Nothing will make you grow.

Your height was set the moment you were conceived.

    It's all in your dna.

Some women do keep growing after 18, but not often or by much.

Be happy with yourself as you are.
