movie name(dont worry I know the plot)?

A movie where a girl named Callie(Talley maybe) wants to go to a music school for a scholarship, so her brother Paul makes a DVD resume for her, then they celebrate at a concert; when they're coming home they get hit by a bus.

She still goes to the school even though she's depressed and ****,everytime she looks at a stage light she has a flashback of when she got hit.

thats about as far as my memory goes, I watched it in Music Appreciation and I can't for the life of me remember
