How do i remove my real name from sent emails?
I have set up an alias and there is no sign of my real name on my profile. I have hidden my profile and yet when i send an email, there is myreal name.
I have read other questions similar to this, but the answers are all from the stone age, ie, six or seven years ago.

Click the gear top right in your mail box scroll down click settings next window in the accounts section click edit put the name you want in the sending box click save at the bottom.

You can change the FROM name and the REPLY TO address on the Yahoo Mail "Accounts" page. The FROM name can be blank and then only the email address will appear. The REPLY TO address can also be blank if you want it the same as the FROM address.
Hover over the gear icon to the right of your avatar and ID.
Click "settings" and then "Accounts" in the left column.
Click "edit".
You can change the name or reply to address there.
