To What Extent was the Cold War manufacturered by Nazi Spies in the OSS/CIA?

Question

The OSS absorbed 2000 Nazi spies under Gehlen. Those spies were in Russia and Eastern Europe, for the most part. It was certainly in their interest to paint the Soviets in the worst light. Additionally, their ideology was very anti-Communist, so their reports would always be slanted.

It has seemed clear since WWI that an international upper class
including the Bush family, the Roosevelt's and people above Hitler
co-ordinate the world's wars together.
