satans spirit runs rampant here, God allows it, man allows satan to use him.

The state of the world's societies and how they relate to one another is a direct expression of mankind's state of consciousness, which means that mankind's state of consciousness is pretty dim overall. Most people on the individual level operate in a pretty unconscious way rather than in a conscious way because of the influence of the indoctrination they were subjected to by parents, tribes/nations, educational systems, and above all religion.

Revelation 12:7-9 Speaks of Satan, and how he is misleading the entire inhabited earth. But, Satan know he has only a short time left according to Revelation 12:12

God does.for without his daily care,all life on earth would go extinct.

Nobody controls the world. It is a natural thing that existed long before we did, and will continue to exist long after we are gone. We are not that special, and one big natural disaster is all it takes to demonstrate how powerless we really are.

There is no "Who". The world runs according to natural laws and forces set in motion by the Big Bang.
