Dog has her front paw skin coming off?
My dog, poodle and 23 months old, has her front paw skin coming off, you know, the black one, and it's still attach but it's open, there's no blood but you can see the inner layer, that's transparent. What do I do? There's not a single vet near my area.

Do you know why her skin is is peeling off? I am assuming that you are referring to the pad (bottom) of her paw, is that correct? Where do you live? How is the weather there, is it hot? Could there be a possibility that she walked on hot asphalt and received burns to her paws?
Depending on how bad it is, you might need to take a trip to the vet. Share pics of you can.... In the meantime, do everything in your power to keep her off of her paw; after cleaning and disinfecting the paw with peroxide, apply a thin layer of Neosporin to the wound. You may need to bandage her paw to prevent her from licking it, which can cause the wound to get worse and even lead to an infection, but remember that it will also need to "breath" to properly heal. Be sure to remove the bandages every day for an hour at a time, and do this a few times a day to expose it to the air.
Seriously though, you should really take her to the vet, because I can only imagine how painful it is...just try to imagine walking around if your feet were in that condition.
