Do you believe Obama first learns of government scandals through the news?

The very first thing each morning there is a briefing prepared especially for the President..... which he often does not bother to attend.

Any way you cut it he is either a liar (we already knew that), or he is just downright incompetent (we knew that too).

What is amazing about that is there is no integrity in the news so he can get "really really angry" and take the focus off himself. So what did he do after focus testing the spin machine on the Phoenix allegations? He went to play golf. Because he was really really mad Like with that IRS Scandal. Remember that? He pledged to work hand in glove with the IRS to work things out. But after the scandal blew over? The Democrats tried to obstruct the investigation and target formally-On May 22, 2013, the IRS director asserted her Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and refused to testify before a House committee. She was placed on administrative leave. The following month, it was revealed that she received a $42,000 bonus. She retired in September. Because he was really really mad.

He doesn't attend most of the security briefings and spends most of his time on vacation or golfing. His Staff seems to try and insulate him from the day to day workings of the government. Then he can act surprised when he learns of a scandal.
