The end of a wire in the back of my braces is literally STUCK in my jaw. What shOuld I do?

So I have the wire sticking at the end of my jaw for a few days, my wax fell out and now the end of the wire is stuck all the way in my jaw, so idk what to do now. Like I cant talk and I cant move my jaw because its stuck in my jaw, so what should I do?? The orthondist is closed today and tomorrow , so any ideas?? Anyone experienced this beforee?.I really need help now. Thank you.

    Contact your dentist then. It could be that the wire needs to be clipped.
