Do dead lice fall out of your hair eventually?
I believe i've killed 90% of lice in my hair and that 10% is being taken cared of but i can't use a lice comb anytime soon so can they just fall off at the shower?How can i get them out?

Use anti-lice shampoos and comb you hair when you take a bath until those li'l creatures fall off.

Combing the hair with a fine comb will help.
It would be nice to check with your doctor as lice may transmit certain diseases.

yeah they should come out in the shower (over time), assuming you are washing your hair right.

i put mayonnaise in my hair and then wrapped it in a plastic bag waited for like 30min and then rinsed ..... look up youtube videos that show how to do this
