How do I find out if an asker posts an update to a question I've answered?

Oftentimes an answer could be improved if the asker provides additional details.

I used to use RSS to subscribe to any question I answered, so that I could look at the feed to see if there had been any other answers, updates, or comments. RSS has been eliminated, so how does one do this?

The "My Answers" list doesn't have an indicator for questions that have been updated, which means I'd have to click through to every question and try to recognize whether there's new info there, so that's not a solution.

Update:

@Carol - I have the same problem with the questions I follow: there's neither indication in the list, nor notification by email, when new answers, updates or comments are added to those questions.

@Sombra - I certainly hope that isn't Yahoo's thinking, as it is completely counterproductive. If Yahoo wants visits to their site they need to reach out with notifications to lure me back. Or at least give me an easy way to discover new activity. Making the site tedious to use is the wrong approach.

    By clicking is exactly the right answer indeed.

    Unfortunately there's no alert system in place to tell you that someone has either updated an answer or added a comment either which is a real shame. The request has been made (many times in the past as well) but it's never been picked up.

    Therefore all you can do is to check back on your questions to see if there's a) an edited answer and b) a comment been placed anywhere on it. The only alert function there is, is for new answers.

    "Following" the question doesn't either so I'm not sure why it's worth doing that.

    EDIT

    Here's the Answers Suggestion Board where you can place it as a request should you wish to do so https://yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/211240

    You have to click back on it.

    *Click* *Click* *Click* == $$$ $$$ $$$ for Yahoo!

    It's all about the 'more clicks'. *Sigh* More clicks = (appearance of) greater activity = more advertising revenue.
