did anyone else have problems asking and answering questions yesterday?
In the am it was ok, then after a while I couldn't ask or answer any questions.
Just curious if anyone else had that problem?

I'm assuming you had not reached your daily limit? In which case, refreshing the page will usually work, unless there is major work being done on the site. Seems to be OK at this point.
