With the advent of cell phones, how long until women finally get the bang for their reckless driving on the rates?

That's kind of funny. You ask your question as if you've studied this topic more than the insurance companies have. Believe me, you haven't.

I know I know... but you've personally seen lots of females who have had or caused waaaayyyyy more accidents than males. I believe you, because you're not the first and you won't be the last. But honestly, how long have you been tracking those statistics, and how many accidents have you personally investigated? I said honestly.

Do you really think all those insurance companies haven't been doing the same thing for the last hundred years? And they've paid for a lot more accidents than you have, I promise you that.

Do you know why boys pay more for insurance than girls? Because cold hard numbers don't lie, and the cold hard numbers are the same year after year and decade after decade. Boys hit things more often, faster and harder than girls do. It was that way fifty years ago, it's that way now, and it probably always will be. I spent 15 years in the auto insurance business, and I was a young male once, and I can assure you I'm not wrong.

The ancient Egyptians were correct, because their theory was that the human brain was a useless organ. It serves no other purpose than styrofoam popcorn, because nobody uses it for anything. Women drive with their emotions, and men drive with their testicles. While emotions are unpredictable and can be dangerous (and they can), testicles are very predictable and always dangerous. And they are. My testicles have caused me nothing but problems, including two at-fault accidents, several lost fights, a tattoo I had to explain later, and a whole string of psychotic exes. But back to your question.

When girls start having more and more severe accidents than boys, they'll start paying higher insurance rates.

The advent of cell phones was a long time ago.

And what, pray tell, do cell phones have to do with gender or with the effect of reckless driving on premiums?

    For insurance premiums.

If and when statistics show that women are causing more accidents (not likely) the rates will be adjusted upward. As it stands now males under age 25 are the highest risk.

With the advent of the Internet and texting and sites like this one, how long before kids learn to compose a single sentence with some syntax, some proper order? What on the planet is "...reckless driving on the rates?" What is that? Sorry, but this is not good composition. What you needed to do was to compose this first on paper and reading considering the reader, the person to try to understand your message. As for the rant as to women with cell phones, either speaking or texting, sadly, many pay heavily for their addictive behavior, their "fear" of missing out, their "need" to be in constant communications with someone about anything all 1440 minutes of the day. The end up in a casket, or in a wheelchair, or paralyzed, or in court, or in prison, or with super sky high rates of insurance after the third or fourth crash. We all have defects. Best to focus on YOURS before addressing the defects of others.
