How long in time to point does it take a 747 to reach the max operational ceiling at full military escape trajectory loaded compared a C141?
Will the trusted member flag this down too?

"Full military escape trajectory"? What are you on?
The 747 is not a military aircraft.
There is no such thing as an escape trajectory.
A 747 ceiling is a function of how heavy it is, from a takeoff at maximum weight, the ceiling is defined as the altitude it can reach while still being able to climb at 500 feet per minute. That value is higher towards the end of a flight, when the aircraft is lighter from all the fuel it already used.
