It is illegal to make your car look like an emergency vehicle from the uk, and that picture is pretty close to a UK cop car.

If you do do it, you wouldnt paint your car, theyre all vinyl transfers or 'wraps'. the yellow ones are special reflective ones. look for a vinyl wrap company and ask them, they will probably tell you its illegal. the cost would be several hundred pounds i would guess as the whole car is not wrapped but there are lots of bits to cut out.

I really would check the exact law before doing this because if it is illegal theyll probably seize your car, i dont know the exact law but i have seen american cop cars and classic british cop cars which are not owned by police. You are not allowed to use blue lights atall on your car though (i think you can have them, but not turn them on)
