What do Americans think of Ron Paul? Is he becoming more popular?

Does he have any chance to become the new President?

I paid attention to him during his campaigns, and I think he had a lot of important things to say. Unfortunately, he may be a little out of the preferred presidential age range now, but his son Rand Paul or someone else influenced by his ideas could pick up where he left off and eventually get elected.

Judging solely by internet comments I read, Ron Paul by FAR had the most vehement supporters. Obama, McCain, etc. only WISH their fans were that dedicated.

Ron paul is retired . Rand Paul might get early support in a primary but the establishment republicans would come out against him because he will never win a general election.

If Ron Paul were elected, he would be the oldest president in history to take office. In fact he would be Ronald Reagan's age when he was LEAVING OFFICE. I would prefer a candidate that doesn't have one foot in the grave, no offense.

People who say Hillary is too old to be president certainly would say Ron Paul is too old, he will be 79 yr. old this year. No, he will not be the president and neither will his son, Rand.

"More popular" is a relative term. Fidel Castro is more popular than ebola. Just sayin'.
