I cannot sign into to my on-line banking site to check my account.?

I have tried my username and password over and over and get a message saying they are wrong. I called the bank cust. service and followed their directions and nothing worked. They say it is my computer's fault and they cannot do anything about it. Do you have any experience with this? Any ideas? The bank will not reset the user name and password.

Update:

The physical bank is in California and I live in Mexico. I opened an international account with them by mail before I moved to Mexico and have banked on-line ever since.

    I agree with Fatty you have to go to the bank because I make all my transactions with no problems on the internet. Good luck

    Go to the bank in person and tell them your problem. There is no reason not to reset your username and password.
