l have a one year old rescue cat, she is very aggresive at times and the hubby and l were clipping her claws and he either cut one too close?

Or nicked her toe and it started bleeding, l had a tiny amount of stiptic powder to put on it, but l think it is still bleeding a little, she will not let us pick her up and check it, l am worried about her toe, but also her inability to bond with us. We love her so much, and she plays with us fetch, and interactive toys, she will not sleep with us or ever come and get in our lap, is it something she will outgrow, should l have a vet check out her toe? She was given a clean bill of health before we brought her home.l am just really concerned about her, l have had cats all my life and never had one like her, any advice will be appreciated.

Keep a close eye on her paw and if it bleeds longer than an hour I would take her to the vet. Also, the vet can usually cut a cat's nails for you either for a small fee or even for free. Just ask.

As far as her attitude towards you, depending on how long she has been with you just give it some time. Some cats take longer to adust than others. Also, try to give her a space of her own... buy a cat tree, maybe a bed, etc and I am sure she will come around.
