No. Lying in connection with money = Criminal fraud.

All financial services businesses share data via agencies such as Experian.

At some point, the difference between the info you put in Paypal and what you put in other accounts would be picked up, and at that point your Paypal account gets locked for fraud, plus the credit agencies being alerted and a big red mark appearing on your status with all companies.

Dumb stunts like that can cause you serious trouble for the rest of your life...

Have a look below at info on credit reports etc. - much of what you are allowed to do in later life is dependant on how 'clean' your finacial records are, in a similar way to Criminal records.

You can't have an Ebay or Paypal account unless you are 18. If your parents won't open an account for you, then you need to have an 18 year old friend do so

No, you CANNOT set up an account. You are not 18 yet. Both eBay and Paypal REQUIRE you to be 18.

Yes, we know teens lie--each month there is one whining on the boards taht Paypal figured it out and froze their accounts and now they can't get to the money. Paypal asked them for proof of their age and address.
