i have a galaxy nexus i515 i love my phone i have never jad any ossues till now?
I can upgrade in October so I dong want to but a new phone but my power and lock button sticks and won't always work I know u can by replacements I don't no how yo put one in and I dont want to break my phone if u can give me an I dear to get my phone to last I can get a new one in late September early October please help any suggestions are wanted I called around and no one wants to fox it for a reasonable price is there anything I can try or even make it so my phone never sleeps or make it so u can use volume button to turn it on

You should try a factory reset. It will help.
Just switch off ur device.
Press both volume buttons and power button till a screen appears.
With the help of volume keys navigate to recovery.
Similarly navigate to Wipe data and Factory reset.
It will only wipe your applications. Not your music or photos stored in your device.
