Assuming that the primary factor in the K-Pg event was an impactor, would there have been an associated impact winter?

If so, how long did it last? If not, why?

    Yes...it is estimated to have taken several months to be fully realized and it probably lasted 3-4 years.

    Afterword, an extended warming period ensued because the impact pulverized limestone which added huge amounts of CO2 to the atmosphere. The warming event probably lasted a couple of decades.
