Air fare when traveling to Europe?
To London or Paris , flying out of New York the same airline,OR (using a different airline) the same travel dates & time of travel is it cheaper to fly to London or Paris? Thank you

Although I fully agree with Roger K who said it depends on many factors, I do the exercice for nonstop flights in October (a rather neutral month).
I found the roundtrip to London is mostly cheaper than the roundtrip to Paris. Price spread may go up to $100 with regards to the cheapest flights to both places.
One way tickets to London from JFK are mostly much cheaper than those to Paris. This is because European flag carriers charge heavily one-way ticket while Kuwait Airlines offers cheap flights JFK-LHR on some days.

It is SO easy to find out all the information you need from any travel site. If you go to a site like http://www.kayak.com,/ you will find that there could be 100 different fares from NYC to LHR or to Paris.
It depends on the date, airline, time of day, connections and lots of other things.
It is far better for you to look for yourself, because we have no idea what would suit you, and some "average" price is meaningless.
