My company don't allow my to go on holiday. What right do i have?

My company ignore my holiday request. I will be off, but not marked as holiday, As i wont get paid.

I need to go on holiday next month, they still don't respond and put me as not working (not paid holiday)

What right do i have? Any suggestion

    They have already put you as not working, so you will be off. Are you due any paid holiday, have you worked there long enough.

    You have no rights. If your employer did not approve your vacation request, then you risk being fired. Next time, do not schedule a vacation before you know your "work" schedule - that you can get the time off.

    If you are in the USA, there is no law saying that you must be given time off for holidays. Legally, they are just another work day, or day off if they fall on your normal day off.
