The Justices of the Supreme Court do not want to be murdered. Abortion doctors, on the other hand, are entirely on their own.

They ruled that the state could not have a 35 foot buffer zone where it involved public sidewalks.
They ruled that the state could have buffer zone but it could not involve public property.

Well, because the Supreme Court has received hundreds of death threats, and several justices have been murdered, and their workplace has been bombed and employees harassed...
