When I go o people's questions, there is the little box where you can answer the question, but no way to submit the answer. What is going?
on? I also cannot vote - thumbs up or thumbs down - for an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a glitch with Internet Explorer - either click on Show all content, or change your browser. There are no problems with Google Chrome.

There really is no help. The users in this section have no control over the software or glitches. Employees don't answer here. It's ordinary users like you and me
Asking another user for getting the submit button really does nothing. The basic answer is, "it's a glitch". Or some variant around those lines
Yahoo is in charge of the layout. They probably have better answer. So the answer is " it's glitch "
