Why I can't answer the question at Answers.yahoo....?

I can write my answer in given box but I can't see the submit option to post my answers against the questions? What is the issue and how it will work?

    There is a problem, Yahoo has advised that an undersea cable has been damaged. Try refreshing the page push f5 to do that and try this, push Control+ or Control-. also, if you're getting a lower pop up asking if you want to show all content click that then enter your answer in the box and the blue submit button will be there.

    Seems to be a glitch reported by many users.

    Try refreshing the page as that often works.

    If you are using IE & you get a popup click on "show all content".
