¿Es correcto que la autoridad rape a un detenido?

¿El corte de cabello por parte de la autoridad se considera una lesión?

    Si se puede, lo que no se puede es agredir ni lesionar solo si es en defensa proia, pero si se puede detener y llamar a las autoridades para que lo captures y luego dar las versiones de los hechos para que las autoridades investiguen.

    NO, LEGALMENTE NO ES LESION.

    A LOS PRESOS SE LES CORTA EL CABELLO PARA EVITAR "CONFUSIONES" Y EN LOS DIAS DE VISITA NO SE PUEDA "CAMBIAR" POR OTRA PERSONA CON CARACTERISTICAS FISICAS PARECIDAS.
