My father called me. saying "Where are you?". I didn't understand why he needed it. '
The call ended there.
He called again using a different phone number, the number is not in my contacts and it shows "Unknown". Again he asked "Where are you?". When I replied "Why?".
The call ended.

Why didn't you simply call him back and ask what's up or if he's ok? Geez. Maybe the man was having a stroke or something.

Overprotective father seems most likely. If the call ends without any explanation as to why he needs to know where you are, it sounds like he's just pecking at you to see what's up. I wouldn't put much thought into it.
